RULE OF THIRDS

This week I got to collaborate with Natasha’s inquiry project. The topic she is doing is arts and crafts. She decided this week that she would paint a pumpkin, and from that, I was going to work on the rule of thirds for my photography. We took our photos on Thursday, which felt like the perfect day as the weather started to feel like fall. Aka, no more warm weather; the sky turned greyish with a cool breeze. I had so much fun collaborating with Natasha, her pumpkin looked fantastic, and I think the photos turned out great!

If you’re looking for information about the rule of thirds in photography, I have attached a link below that goes quite in-depth about it.

If anyone else is looking to collaborate for their inquiry project, I would love to come and take pictures of your project!

    Hi Jess,

I cannot believe how well these photos turned out! You did an awesome job!

  2. Hey Jess!

These photos are epic, and I love that you collaborated with Natasha!

I remember learning about the Rule of Thirds – it definitely helps with the composure of the photo and attracting the eye of the viewer to it. Have you ever used the Golden Ratio before? It’s a really cool concept, and I highly recommend checking it out!

If you’re down to collab, I’m SO down to collab. How comfortable are you dangling 15 meters in the air? 😉
